Toray 4" Brackish Water Membranes

Toray RO membranes are well-designed membrane elements with unmatched performance and quality.

The Toray 4” membranes featured down below are designed to be utilized from water sources with lower salinity. They can be employed in numerous membrane systems to filter industrial, commercial, municipal, or process water.

These integrated membrane technology assist our clients in enhancing their effectiveness and system performance. Toray delivers advanced manufacturing which maintains continuous RO membrane performance and first-rate quality. These membranes are designed to have a compact design and an easy installation process. Toray RO membrane elements are made for supreme adaptability, in order to work in applications that include: brackish water with low salinity, brackish water with high salinity, seawater, and seawater with high salinity.

Toray ro membrane elements have world-class performance in removing boron from feed water, and integrates low power consumption with high power treatment capacity. These membranes are so effective at removing boron and other unwanted contaminants due to extremely small pores, combined with quality water treatment capacity. Toray incorporates the latest nano-technology to accomplish the enhancement of the water purification process within these membranes. The RO elements are designed to be dimensionally congruent with any membrane manufacturing plant for convenience in optimization efforts. The spiral wound membrane elements are long-lasting and contains a higher surface area compared to conventional hand rolled membrane elements.

Materials

  • Crosslinked fully aromatic polyamide ultra-thin composite membrane
  • Cross-linked polypiperazine polyamide composite membrane
  • Cellulose acetate membrane

Products

  • High rejection TM700 series, for high salinity brackish water applications
  • Ultra low pressure TMH and TMG series for low salinity brackish water applications
  •  High rejection TML10D series for high fouling tendency water applications
  • Commercial & household 2" to 4" tap water elements

Features and Quality of Toray Reverse Osmosis Membrane Elements

  • Stable and sustained filtration- Toray RO membrane configuration make for simple and effective cleaning. Its design allows for very steady filtration and prevents sludge from coming onto the surface
  • Chemical stability- Toray manufactures its membranes to have greater protection against fouling compared to hollow fiber membranes. This feature creates less chemical cleaning conditions.
  • Utilized in different applications- Due to its many benefits, Toray RO membranes are highly adaptable elements, that can be used across a wide-range of applications, such as from low salinity brackish water to seawater desalination.
  • Great Durability- Higher permeate flux and advanced membrane materials allows these products to attain greater physical strength and durability for  longer-lasting performance.

Complete service and support- Pure Aqua provides assistance with membrane computer projection to help in diagnosing your membranes troubleshooting or replacement. Toray has provided its customers with a diligent support team that is backed with substantial technical data and decades of experience in various applications. The Toray team is well-equipped to handle any membrane issues across the world.
