Commercial RO Water Treatment System 6000 GPD - Poland

Product Description

Since its initial startup, the system have been functioning properly with minimal mode troubleshooting. Commercial RO water treatment systems lend themselves to take out enormous amounts of salts, suspended solids, and other impurities from water sources such as wells, rivers, and lakes. To master this mission, the systems take advantage of a popular method known as "reverse osmosis". Reverse osmosis is ordered to reverse a natural process known as "osmosis". Osmosis is naturally ordered to transport salt through a semi-permeable membrane from a region of low solute concentration to a region of higher solute concentration in order to acquire an even amount of solute concentration on both sides of the membrane. Reverse osmosis combats osmosis by utilizing a pressure pump that exerts high pressure to the highly concentrated side of the semi-porous membrane, carrying only water molecules through the small pores of the membrane while salts, suspended solids, and other impurities are denied from going through. Finally, purified water comes out and is collected on the permeate side of the membrane, while salts and the other impurities are discarded into a brine stream then into a drain.

[custom-specifications]

Brackish water can be discovered in areas such as estuaries and river openings. Brackish water falls in the middle between fresh water and seawater. It isn’t as clean as fresh water, yet it isn’t as salty as seawater. Since brackish water is moderately salty, it isn’t encouraged for consumption. To produce purified water from brackish water, a reverse osmosis system relies on a process called “reverse osmosis” for assistance.

[custom-features]

A commercial RO water treatment system was designed for a major company in Poland to treat municipal tap water. The TW-6.0K-440 system was designed to produce 6,000 GPD at a feed water TDS of a maximum 500 ppm, it was chosen from our RO-200 series and was controlled by a microprocessor control panel.
