Commercial RO Water Filtration Systems 1500 GPD - UAE

Product Description

Commercial RO water filtration systems are designed with the capability of removing enormous amounts of salts, suspended solids, and other contaminants from water sources such as wells, rivers, and lakes. To master this mission, the systems employ a popular method known as "reverse osmosis". Reverse osmosis is instructed with the reversal of a natural process known as "osmosis". Osmosis is instructed with naturally transporting salt through a semi-porous membrane from an area of low solute concentration to an area of higher solute concentration in order to attain an equal amount of solute concentration on both sides of the membrane. Reverse osmosis goes against osmosis by using a pressure pump that exerts extreme pressure to the highly concentrated side of the semi-porous membrane, transporting only water molecules through the small pores of the membrane while salts, suspended solids, and other contaminants are prevented from going through. Finally, potable water emerges and is collected on the permeate side of the membrane, while salts and the other contaminants are discarded into a brine stream then into a drain.

Brackish water can be discovered in areas such as estuaries and river openings. Brackish water falls in the middle between fresh water and seawater. It isn’t as clean as fresh water, yet it isn’t as salty as seawater. Since brackish water is moderately salty, it isn’t encouraged for consumption. To produce purified water from brackish water, a reverse osmosis system relies on a process called “reverse osmosis” for assistance.

[custom-features]

Four identical commercial RO water filtration systems where supplied to a major company in UAE to treat well water. The BW-1.5K-140 systems were each designed to produce 1,500 GPD at a feed water TDS of a maximum 5,000 ppm, they were chosen from our RO-200 series and were controlled by a microprocessor control panel. Since their initial startup, the systems have been operating properly with minimal mode troubleshooting.
