Commercial BWRO Device 600 GPD - Ecuador

Product Description

Since the initial startup, the device has been operating properly with minimal mode troubleshooting. A commercial BWRO device lends itself eliminate large quantities of salt, suspended solids, and other impurities from wells, rivers, and lakes. In order to achieve clean, purified water, the device takes use of a widely known process called "reverse osmosis". Reverse osmosis involves reversing a natural process called "Osmosis". Osmosis is designed by nature to move salt through a semi-permeable membrane from a region of low solute concentration to a region of higher solute concentration with the goal of achieving an equilibrium of solute concentration on both sides of the membrane. Reverse osmosis defeats osmosis by employing a higher pressure pump that exerts extreme pressure to the highly concentrated side of the membrane, pushing only water molecules through the semi-permeable membrane, while rejecting salt, suspended solids, and other impurities. Purified water finally comes out at the lower end of the membrane, while salts and the other impurities are thrown into a brine stream then into a drain.

[custom-specifications]

Estuaries and river openings are places where brackish water can be found. This type of water lies in between fresh water and seawater. It’s not as clean as fresh water, yet not so highly concentrated in salt as seawater. Even if it has a mild salt concentration, it is still not encouraged for consumption.

[custom-features]

Pure Aqua, Inc. designed and manufactured a commercial BWRO device to a major company in Ecuador to treat well water. The device came equipped with pretreatments consisting of multimedia & activated carbon filters, and a water softener. The TW-0.6K-125 device was designed to produce 600 GPD at a feed water TDS of a maximum 1,200 ppm, it was selected from our RO-200 series and was controlled by a microprocessor control panel.
