Brackish Reverse Osmosis Machines 4 x 1,500 & 1 x 3,000 & 1 x 6,000 GPD - Algeria

Product Description

From their initial start-up, the plants have been operating accordingly with minimal trouble-shooting. Commercial BWRO plants lend themselves to purifying water sources such as lakes, wells, and rivers. These plants have the power of transforming salty and contaminated water into pure, potable water by removing massive amounts of salt, minerals, and other impurities from it. To do this, they take advantage of a popular method called "reverse osmosis". Reverse Osmosis involves the use of a pump within the system that exerts high pressure to the highly concentrated saline side of a semi-permeable membrane forcing salty water and particles across the membrane, only permitting water molecules to flow through the very small pores of this membrane. Salts, minerals, and other impurities are blocked then dumped into a drain from the concentrate side while fresh, purified water comes out and is collected on the permeate side.

[custom-specifications]

Brackish water is water that is taken from estuaries and river openings. It salt concentration falls in between fresh water and seawater. Not as pure as fresh water, yet not as salty as seawater. Its mild salty concentration is discouraged for human consumption. To generate purified water from brackish water, a water filtration system relies on a method called "reverse osmosis" for assistance.

[custom-features]

Six commercial reverse osmosis machines for brackish water treatment were designed to a major company in Algeria to produce different capacities between 1,000 GPD to 6,000 GPD at a maximum 2,500 ppm feed water TDS. Four BW1.5K-140 machines were each designed to produce 1,500 GPD. One BW-3.0K-240 machine was designed to produce 3,000 GPD. While the BW-6.0K-440 machine was designed to produce 6,000 GPD. All of the machines were selected from our RO-200 series and each was individually controlled by an advanced microprocessor.
